PATRICK A. REDALEN
CEO/ PRESIDENT

Patrick joined Stonehenge Energy Resources in 2010 and helped execute the successful development and realization of Keystone Midstream Services in 2012. He now serves as President and CEO of Stonehenge Energy Resources which owns and operates multiple gathering and compression systems in the Appalachia.

Patrick has more than 30 years of experience in the petroleum industry. Prior to Stonehenge, he started and ran a consulting firm, Energy Business Solutions, LLC, for three years. He served five years, the last two as President, at Pearl Development Company, LLC, a midstream engineering firm, and 14 years at Conoco. His responsibilities spanned commercial, strategic planning and engineering aspects across the petroleum spectrum from wellhead to retail.

Patrick received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arkansas. He completed Conoco’s Management Development Program.

HEATHER A. WILKINSON
VICE PRESIDENT – PROJECTS AND OPERATIONS

Heather joined Stonehenge Energy Resources in 2015. She is primarily responsible for leading the Operations team and executing all major growth and maintenance projects on Stonehenge’s extensive gathering and compression systems in the Appalachia.

Prior to joining Stonehenge, Heather worked with Tetra Tech Rooney as a Project Engineer for the Sunoco Logistics Mariner East Phase I and Phase II Projects. She also worked as a Project Manager with Halker Consulting, LLC and as a Systems Engineer with Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company.

Heather received her B.S. in Biological Systems Engineering, graduating with Honors, from the University of Nebraska in 1999. She was also certified as a Project Management Professional in 2013.

JOHN J. HA
VICE PRESIDENT – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

John joined Stonehenge Energy Resources in 2018. He is primarily responsible for originating and developing new midstream project and partnership opportunities, including M&A.

John has more than 25 years of combined corporate and entrepreneurial experience in the energy industry, primarily in the midstream sector (for both liquids and gas), including engineering, project management, commercial development, management, and consulting responsibilities. Prior to Stonehenge, he served in a variety of corporate leadership roles at The Williams Companies and Tri-State Industrial Group. John was also a Founder and Managing Partner of HRB Consultants, a management consulting firm focused primarily on the energy industry.

John received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Oklahoma State University and began his professional career as the first member of the Engineering Development Program at MAPCO Inc. in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

SCOTT R. CASAREZ
CONTROLLER

Scott joined Stonehenge Energy Resources in 2018. He is responsible for the accounting and financial functions for all of the Stonehenge entities.

Scott began his career in public accounting, working at Hein & Associates LLP from 2009 to 2017, serving as a lead auditor for both publicly-traded and privately-held entities within the energy industry. Prior to joining Stonehenge, Scott worked in a senior role for Trimble Inc.

Scott earned a Master of Science in Business Administration in Financial Accounting from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2009. He has held his CPA license since 2010.
