A proven MIDSTREAM partner.

OUR ORIGIN

Headquartered in suburban Denver, Colorado, Stonehenge was first formed in 2007 as a partnership between Energy Spectrum Capital and 3MG Enterprises (management and certain owners of Kahuna Ventures, LLC). Our first project was the creation of Keystone Midstream Services, LLC in partnership with Rex Energy and Summit Discovery Resources II, LLC in the Appalachian Basin. MarkWest Liberty Midstream & Resources, LLC acquired the system from Stonehenge in 2012.

OUR CURRENT BUSINESS

Stonehenge II was established shortly thereafter to construct Stonehenge Appalachia, a 47 mile gathering and compression system designed to support production from the Moraine East area of Butler County, PA. Stonehenge II was expanded in 2017 through the construction of a second gathering system named  Stonehenge Laurel Gathering (SLG) in partnership with its anchor shipper, Laurel Mountain Energy. Today, Stonehenge is on its third iteration (Stonehenge III) which was spurred by the 2021 acquisition of Pine Run Midstream (PRM) in partnership with UGI Energy Services, who acquired the Stonehenge Appalachia System from Stonehenge in 2022. Stonehenge continues to seek growth opportunities in midstream while operating both the SLG and PRM systems through the highest standards of safety, reliability, and project execution while leveraging our engineering expertise, operational excellence, and financial strength.
